Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders in the United States, no minimum. Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–10 business days, tracked. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Can I return or exchange a bag?

Of course. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange — unused, tags on. Email info@altisara.com and we'll send the return procedure and address. Return postage is at your cost; refunds are issued within 14 days. See our Return and Refund Policy.

How big is each bag?

Every product page lists full dimensions (width × height × depth in inches), strap drop and interior layout. Unsure if your laptop or tablet fits? Email us the model and we'll check.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number arrives by email at shipment — enter it on our Track Your Order page. First updates can take a few days to appear.
